Hampton Inn Memphis-Southwind

We had a few problems with our room, but the staff was quick to fix the problems. At check-out without asking, one of our nights stay was refunded.

Rooms were clean and the hotel is in a good part of town.

The beds are really hard and there was no locks on the bathroom door in the suites.

The location & the staff, especially D'Andrea, who worked the front desk.

The food was great and the rooms was amazing!!!!

The fact they took my money off my bank card hours before I got there and when I did it there I was still treated rudely by the staff when checking in it said no fee but they charged my card another $100 fee

Dawn at the front desk was very pleasant!

The room was smaller than I thought it would be and certain things seem dated at the hotel, the phone in the room, carpet, and landscaping could use a facelift.

had trouble with my key to get into my room, had to get another one. t.v would come on but could not get channels

Everyone who worked there was exceptionally nice.

There was no dresser draws for items My TV did not work properly The running board at the bottom of sliding door was detatched

Friendly staff, spacious room with cute bathroom lighting. Found bugs on the mattress.

The place wasvery comfy and tidy . Make sure to get a room away from the road for less noise.

Location: the hotel was right by Memphis and a nearby super sports complex and many shops and restaurants. Truly enjoyed our spotlessly clean room with a comfortable bed and the functional-style building. All of the staff was welcoming and exceptionally nice.

The staff was super friendly, and we loved spending time at nearby Fox Meadows Golf Club for some fun golfing together.

In my wife's opinion, breakfast options could be better for kids.

The location of the Hampton Inn made it ideal for accessing nearby attractions, which I loved. The staff were fantastic. Check-in was swift, and I appreciated the cleanliness of my room. It had a nice, cozy decor and ample space for my family. The breakfast was underwhelming. Limited options didn't meet my expectations given the other positive aspects of my stay. The bathroom could have used a bit more attention during cleaning, as I noticed some long hairs on the floor. The noise from the hallway was bothersome at times, especially at night. A better soundproofing solution would greatly enhance the experience.

The staff was friendly and cute. The room was spacious with a charming decor. I appreciated the safety measures in place for the parking lot. Breakfast had some typical options and was adequate. It was a pleasant stay for our family.

We enjoyed golfing nearby at Fox Meadows Golf Club and TPC Southwind. The outdoor pool was perfect. The fitness center was a nice perk too. Plus, the complimentary area shuttle made it easy to explore more of the area.

Unfortunately, the breakfast area was quite cramped and poorly designed, making it difficult to move around comfortably.
